Here are some sample journal pages from my last journal. The first is an example from a timed writing or "swimming exercise." When I do this, I set my time on my phone (or an old fashioned kitchen timer), then I start with a specific prompt, such as the start of the questions on pg. 27 of our textbook: How did it all begin?
The second page is a collage that I created from a dream image. This became a key inspiration for my mandala exercise (something you will be doing later in the semester.).
